Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to lectures, laboratory sessions, and academic resources. It is subject to annual revisions based on inflation and institutional development needs.

Hostel Rent: Hostel charges vary depending on room type and amenities provided. Students can choose between single, double, triple, or quad occupancy rooms with shared or private bathrooms.

Mess Advance: The mess advance is a fixed amount collected per semester to cover meal expenses. It includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for the entire semester.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties and provides emergency assistance during crises.

Medical Fees: Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided on campus, including consultations, medicines, and minor treatments.

Hostel & Mess Charges

For single occupancy rooms, the monthly rent is INR 3000, while double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms range from INR 2500 to INR 2000 per month respectively. Additional charges apply for private bathrooms, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The mess system operates on a prepaid model where students pay an advance amount at the beginning of each semester. The meal plan includes three meals daily, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine. Students can customize their meal preferences through an online portal.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not require hostel accommodation or those who take leave during specific periods. These rebates are calculated based on actual usage and approved by the administration.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Alpine College of Management and Technology offers various financial aid options to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver if their family income is below INR 3 lakhs annually. For those with income between INR 3-5 lakhs, a partial concession of up to 50% may be granted.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 25% concession on tuition fees if their family income is below INR 5 lakhs. Those with income between INR 5-7 lakhs may qualify for a 10% concession.
• MCM Category: Children of military personnel are entitled to a 50% fee waiver under this category, provided their parent or guardian is serving in the armed forces.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and proof of residence. All applications must be submitted within the specified deadlines for review by the financial aid committee.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, or credit/debit cards via the official college portal. Students are required to complete payment within the stipulated time to avoid late fees and penalties.

For late payments, a penalty of INR 500 per day is applicable after the due date. However, students facing genuine financial hardships can apply for deferment with supporting documents.

The refund policy ensures that any excess payment or erroneous charges are refunded within 30 days of receiving the request. Refunds are processed through bank transfer and must be requested by the student or their guardian.

Withdrawal from the program results in a pro-rata refund of fees, excluding examination and other non-refundable components. The administration reviews withdrawal requests carefully to ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations.
