Mess Advance: A monthly advance payment towards meals provided through the campus mess facility. Students can adjust their mess charges at the end of each month based on consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies through grants and assistance programs. Contributions are used for medical aid, educational support, and emergency relief.

Medical Fees: Covers healthcare services available within the campus health center including consultations, diagnostics, and medications. Additional charges may apply for specialized treatments or external referrals.

Gymkhana Fees: Funded by student contributions to maintain sports facilities, fitness centers, and recreational activities. It supports athletic events, training programs, and equipment maintenance.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting end-of-semester exams, including paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facility at ARIHANT COLLEGE offers multiple room types to suit varying needs:

• Semi-Detached Rooms: Shared with one roommate in a private space. Includes basic furniture and amenities.
• Dormitory Rooms: Shared by 2-4 students in a communal setting. Equipped with essential furnishings and shared bathroom facilities.
• Private Suites: Single occupancy rooms with attached bathroom and additional comfort features.

Mess billing follows a monthly system where students receive a fixed advance amount for meals. At the end of the month, the actual consumption is calculated, and any excess or deficit is adjusted accordingly. The mess menu is planned to meet nutritional requirements and includes a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

A wide range of financial aid options are available for deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Students qualify for up to 50% discount on all fees with additional support in the form of stipends or grants.
• MCM (Married Candidate's Merit): Applies to students who are married or have dependent family members. Offers moderate fee reductions and priority allocation in hostel facilities.

Eligibility criteria for scholarships include academic performance, financial need, and community involvement. Detailed application procedures and documentation requirements are published annually on the official website and distributed through counseling sessions.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fees. The payment portal allows students to make online transactions using credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI methods. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day until cleared.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 50% refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund except for tuition fee adjustment based on remaining semester duration.

All refunds are processed within 45 days of submission of valid documentation. Students must ensure all dues including hostel and mess balances are settled before initiating the withdrawal process.
