    Late Fee Calculation

    A late fee of 2000 INR per month is charged for delayed payments beyond the deadline. For semesters with multiple due dates, penalties are applied separately for each installment.

    Refund Policy

    If a student withdraws from the university within the first two weeks of admission, they receive a full refund minus administrative charges. After this period, refunds are processed according to the university's policy, with deductions based on usage and applicable fees.
