Fee Structure Overview

The total fee structure for the B.Tech Operations Management program spans four years and includes several components that are detailed below:

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to university facilities.

Hostel Rent: Varies by room type (single, double, triple sharing) and includes utilities and basic amenities.

Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly charges for meals provided in campus hostels.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution supporting student welfare initiatives.

Medical Fees: Covers routine health check-ups and basic medical services on campus.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports events, and recreational facilities.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation offers multiple room types including single, double, and triple-sharing options. Rates vary based on amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and laundry services.

Mess billing is conducted monthly, with charges ranging from ₹3000 to ₹4000 depending on the menu. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic standing.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer various financial assistance programs based on income slabs and merit:

• SC/ST/PwD: Full waiver of tuition fees and partial concession in hostel charges.
• EWS: 50% reduction in tuition fee and hostel rent.
• MCM: Merit-based scholarships for top performers in academics and extracurriculars.

The application process involves submitting income certificates, academic transcripts, and other supporting documents through the official portal. Scholarships are awarded annually based on performance and financial need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is received.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal before 10 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between 10–30 days: 70% refund.
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund.

Refunds are processed within 45 working days of withdrawal confirmation, subject to verification of documents and account status.
