Hostel & Mess Charges

• Double Occupancy Room: ₹18,000 per semester (shared space with twin beds, desk, chair, and wardrobes)

Mess billing operates on a prepaid system where students pay a fixed advance amount at the beginning of each semester. Monthly bills are generated based on actual consumption and adjusted against the advance amount. Rebates are available for students who complete meals consistently throughout the semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for up to 100% fee waiver based on income certificate verification.
• EWS Category Students: Eligible for partial concession (up to 50%) upon submission of valid documents.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transactions to the designated college account. Payments made after the deadline attract late fees of ₹500 per day until full settlement is achieved.

The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program, subject to approval by the administration:

• Withdrawal within First Month: Full refund of tuition fee minus a processing charge of ₹1000
• Withdrawal After First Month: Refund of 80% of tuition fee minus processing charges
• Withdrawal Before Completion of Academic Year: Refund of remaining balance after deducting hostel charges and other applicable fees
