    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Marginalized Communities): 25% fee concession for meritorious students from marginalized backgrounds.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection process is based on merit and need, ensuring fair distribution of resources.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late penalties. Late payments attract a monthly penalty of 2% on the outstanding amount.

In case of withdrawal or discontinuation from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Before Academic Session Starts: Full refund minus a processing fee of INR 1000.
    • Within First Month: Refund of 90% of paid fees after deducting administrative charges.
    • After First Month: No refunds are processed unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the administration.

The university provides multiple payment modes including online banking, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, and cash deposits. Detailed receipts are issued for all transactions to maintain transparency in student accounts.
