    Detailed Fee Breakdown

Tuition Fee: This is the main component of the fee structure, covering instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. The amount remains constant across all semesters for the duration of the program.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges vary based on room type—single occupancy, double occupancy, or triple occupancy. Students can choose from different hostel blocks with varying amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid at the beginning of each semester to cover mess expenses for that period. The advance is adjusted monthly based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributions towards student welfare activities, sports events, cultural programs, and emergency assistance funds.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical consultations, vaccinations, and health check-ups conducted by the campus health center.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports physical fitness initiatives, sports equipment maintenance, and fitness program subsidies for students.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides three types of hostels: Single Occupancy (SO), Double Occupancy (DO), and Triple Occupancy (TO). Each room is equipped with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and chairs.

Mess billing follows a monthly system where students pay in advance for meals. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Rebate policies are available for students staying outside during holidays or those facing exceptional circumstances.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial aid is provided to students from economically weaker sections through various schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD: Full fee waiver for eligible students under reservation categories.
    • EWS: 50% fee concession for families earning below Rs. 8 lakh per annum.
    • MCM: 25% concession for married children of government employees or defense personnel.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The process is reviewed annually to ensure continued eligibility.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid online through the university portal or offline at designated banks using demand drafts or cash payments. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable beyond 7 days of the due date.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies are outlined in the academic calendar. A processing fee of 10% is deducted before issuing refunds. Students must submit a formal request along with relevant documents to initiate the refund process.
