    Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies are available for students who do not require hostel accommodation during certain periods or those traveling outside the campus. Additionally, students may apply for special dietary accommodations upon request.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% reduction in tuition fee and partial waiver on hostel charges.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid through online portals or at designated payment centers on campus. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month until full payment is made.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Withdrawal between one and two weeks: 70% refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal after two weeks: No refund

All refunds are processed within 30 working days after the withdrawal formalities are completed.
