    • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to digital learning platforms. This includes faculty salaries, infrastructure maintenance, and curriculum development.
    • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in our fully air-conditioned residential facilities with 24/7 security, common areas, and recreational spaces.
    • Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses. Adjustments are made based on actual consumption during the term.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies through scholarships and grants.
    • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus, including doctor visits, medications, and preventive care.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to sports facilities, fitness classes, and extracurricular activities that promote holistic development.
    • Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams and grading processes.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

Our campus offers a range of hostel options to suit different preferences and budgets:

    • Single Room: ₹20,000 per semester with private washroom and study area.
    • Double Room: ₹18,000 per semester shared by two students with common facilities.
    • Triple Room: ₹16,000 per semester shared by three students with basic amenities.

Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis and vary based on the number of meals consumed. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and hybrid options. Rebate policies are available for students who attend campus events or participate in sports activities.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer several financial aid programs to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial reimbursement for hostel and mess charges.
    • EWS Category: A 50% reduction in tuition fees along with full coverage of hostel and mess expenses.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 75% discount on tuition fees with additional subsidies for hostel and mess costs.

To apply for financial aid, students must submit income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and other supporting documents. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee that assesses eligibility based on income slabs and family size.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the first week of each semester or before the start of classes. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day until full payment is received.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before the end of the first month. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission and include tuition fees minus administrative charges.
