    Hostel and Mess Charges

Hostel accommodation is provided in three types of rooms: Single occupancy (INR 1500/month), Double occupancy (INR 1200/month), and Triple occupancy (INR 1000/month). The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges based on meal consumption. Students can opt for various meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or hybrid options.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals in the mess during certain periods. These rebates are calculated proportionally based on the number of days missed and can be claimed through the hostel administration office.

    Financial Aid and Scholarships

The university offers several fee waiver schemes and scholarships to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The eligibility criteria include income slabs, category-wise reservations, and academic performance thresholds. Students from SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for full fee waivers, while EWS and MCM students receive partial reductions.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted through the official portal along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The selection process involves a review by the financial aid committee, which evaluates each application based on merit and need.

    Payment Procedures and Refund Policy

The payment procedures are straightforward, with multiple options available including online banking, NEFT/RTGS transfers, and debit/credit card payments. Late fees are charged at 5% per month for overdue payments beyond the deadline specified in the academic calendar.

Refund policies are clearly outlined in the university handbook. Students who withdraw from the program must follow specific procedures to claim refunds, which are subject to deductions based on the duration of study and administrative costs incurred.
