Hostel rent varies depending on room type, with single occupancy rooms priced at INR 20,000 per semester and shared accommodations available at reduced rates. Students can opt for different room configurations including AC/non-AC options.

Mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester and covers meal expenses for the entire term. The mess billing system allows students to track their consumption and adjust charges accordingly.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports initiatives aimed at improving student welfare, including scholarships, emergency assistance, and cultural activities. Contributions are minimal but impactful in creating a supportive campus environment.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid by specified deadlines to ensure uninterrupted enrollment. Late payments attract a penalty charge of 5% per month on outstanding amounts.

Refunds are processed only after verifying eligibility under specific conditions such as withdrawal from the program, transfer to another institution, or administrative errors in billing. Refund requests must be submitted within one month of the transaction date and are subject to a processing fee of INR 1000.
