Mahindra University Telangana offers two types of hostels for nursing students: single occupancy rooms (₹25,000/month) and double occupancy rooms (₹18,000/month). The mess system operates on a prepaid model where students pay ₹15,000 upfront per month, which covers all meals. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess or reside off-campus.

The mess billing system is managed through an online portal where students can check their daily consumption, view monthly bills, and make payments easily. Students who miss meals or do not use the facility for a full month may be eligible for partial refunds.

Eligibility Criteria:
The application process involves submission of income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), Aadhaar card, and other supporting documents through the online portal. Applications are reviewed by a committee and decisions are communicated within 15 working days.
Students must complete fee payment before the specified deadline each semester. Payment can be made via net banking, credit/debit card, or demand draft. Late fees are charged at ₹500 per day beyond the deadline.
