    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Nagaji Institute provides comfortable accommodation for students in fully air-conditioned hostels with the following room types:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 60,000/year (shared bathroom)
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 45,000/year (shared bathroom)
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 35,000/year (shared bathroom)

    Mess Billing System

    The mess charges are calculated based on the number of days attended. Students must pay an advance of INR 20,000 per semester, which is adjusted at the end of the term. Rebates are available for:

    • Full-Time Attendance: 10% rebate for students attending all meals.
    • Partial Attendance: 5% rebate for those attending at least 80% of meals.
    • PwD Students: Additional 10% rebate on hostel and mess charges.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The institute offers several financial assistance programs for students from economically weaker sections:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession on tuition fees and 25% on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession on tuition fees.

    Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships

    • Income Slab: Families earning below INR 4 lakhs annually qualify for partial scholarships.
    • Academic Performance: Students scoring above 80% in their qualifying exams may receive merit-based awards.
    • Extracurricular Achievements: Outstanding performance in competitions or research projects may lead to additional financial support.

    Application Process

    Students must submit a completed application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic transcripts. The scholarship committee reviews applications monthly, and decisions are communicated within 15 days.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    • First Semester: Payment must be made before the start of the academic year.
    • Subsequent Semesters: Payments are due by the 10th day of each semester.

    Late Fee Calculations

    • Up to 15 Days Late: INR 500/day
    • More than 15 Days Late: INR 1000/day

    Refund Policy

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Before 1 Month of Admission: Full refund minus administrative charges.
    • Between 1–3 Months: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
    • After 3 Months: No refund is processed.

    The institute reserves the right to modify the fee structure based on government guidelines and institutional policies. All financial matters are handled transparently with detailed receipts issued for every transaction.
