Fee Structure Overview

The total fee for the Management program at Nist University Ganjam is approximately Rs. 12,00,000 for the entire duration of four years. This comprehensive fee structure includes tuition fees, hostel charges, mess fees, and other miscellaneous expenses.

Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources, including textbooks, laboratory materials, and digital libraries. It also includes access to online learning platforms and research databases.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation is provided in well-furnished hostels with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, study rooms, and recreational facilities.

Mess Advance: Students are required to pay a monthly advance for meals. The mess operates on a daily billing system where students can choose their preferred meal options.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students in need of financial assistance due to unforeseen circumstances or medical emergencies.

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Double Room: Shared by two students with similar amenities as single rooms.
• Triple Room: Shared by three students with additional space for common areas.

Rebate policies are available for students who take leaves or are absent from the campus for a certain period. These rebates are calculated based on the number of days of absence and can be applied to hostel rent and mess charges.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance options for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students can receive up to 100% waiver on tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Students in this category are eligible for a 50% waiver on tuition fees.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): A 25% concession is available for students from minority communities.

The eligibility criteria for these concessions include income slabs, caste certificates, and other supporting documents. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year along with required documentation.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online through the university portal or via NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated account. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the following policy:

• Withdrawal within the first week: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between the first and fourth week: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after the fourth week: No refund is provided.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of the withdrawal application, subject to verification of documents and financial clearance.
