    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    The payment of fees is done through the university's online portal. Students are required to pay the fees by the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the program, the university will refund the fees paid, subject to the following conditions:

    • Withdrawal Before Admission: If a student withdraws before the start of the academic year, the full fee will be refunded.
    • Withdrawal During Academic Year: If a student withdraws during the academic year, the refund will be calculated based on the number of months the student was enrolled.
    • Refund Process: The refund process typically takes 30 days from the date of withdrawal.
