Fee Components Explanation

Rebate Policies

Students who are absent from the hostel for a period of more than 10 days are eligible for a rebate on hostel charges. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of absence.

Students who are on leave for more than 15 days are eligible for a rebate on mess charges. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of leave.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria

SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, or PwD categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver.

EWS: Students belonging to the Economically Weaker Sections category are eligible for a 50% fee waiver.

MCM: Students from minority communities are eligible for a 25% fee waiver.

Academic Excellence: Students who score more than 90% in their 12th-grade examination are eligible for a 25% fee waiver.

Application Process

Students who wish to apply for fee waivers, concessions, or scholarships must submit an application along with the required documents. The application must be submitted before the deadline, which is usually in the first week of the academic year.

• Withdrawal Before Admission: If a student withdraws before the start of the academic year, the full fee will be refunded.
• Withdrawal During Academic Year: If a student withdraws during the academic year, the refund will be calculated based on the number of months the student was enrolled.
