Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided for students who wish to live on campus. Rent varies based on room type and amenities available. Single occupancy rooms are priced higher than shared rooms, offering privacy and comfort for academic focus.

Mess Advance: The mess advance ensures that students have access to daily meals during their stay at the college. This advance is typically refundable after deduction of actual meal expenses incurred during the semester.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies, ensuring they can continue their education without disruption. Contributions are made monthly and contribute to student welfare initiatives.

Medical Fees: Medical fees cover healthcare services available on campus, including basic treatments, health check-ups, and emergency care. The fund ensures that all students have access to essential medical support during their studies.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities, sports facilities, and cultural events organized by the student government. They promote holistic development through physical fitness and social engagement.

Examination Fees: Examination fees cover the costs associated with conducting end-of-semester tests, practical assessments, and grading processes. These fees are necessary for maintaining academic standards and ensuring fair evaluation.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The college provides various types of hostel accommodations to cater to different preferences and budgets:

    • Single Room: Comfortable private rooms with attached bathrooms, suitable for individual students seeking privacy and focus.
    • Double Room: Shared accommodation with two students per room, promoting peer interaction and collaboration.
    • Triple Room: Three-person shared rooms offering a balance between comfort and cost-effectiveness.

The mess system operates on a monthly basis, providing three meals daily to hostel residents. The billing cycle involves advance payment for the month, with deductions made based on actual consumption. Students can also opt for meal plans that include additional dietary options or special meals.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers multiple financial aid options to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition and other mandatory charges, subject to verification of documents.
    • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on all fees, excluding hostel rent and mess advance.
    • MCM (Minority Community): Students from minority communities are entitled to a 25% discount on tuition fees and other applicable charges.

The eligibility criteria for each category are based on income slabs defined by the government. Applications must be submitted along with relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and domicile proofs.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through various modes including online banking, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, and cash at the college office. Students are required to complete payment within 10 days of receiving the fee notice.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on outstanding amounts, with a maximum cap of 20% for late payments beyond three months. Refund procedures are initiated upon withdrawal or completion of studies, subject to verification and approval by the finance department.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of all required documents and clearance of dues. Students who have completed their course are eligible for full refunds of unutilized fees, except for examination and medical fees which remain non-refundable due to specific institutional policies.
