    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance programs to ensure that deserving students can pursue education without financial barriers:

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Need-Based Scholarships: Designed for students from low-income families with demonstrated financial need. These scholarships cover tuition fees and sometimes hostel charges.
    • Specialized Scholarships: Offered for specific fields like entrepreneurship, innovation, or leadership development.

    Application Process

Students must submit applications along with supporting documents (income certificate, caste certificate, etc.) through the official portal. Applications are reviewed by a committee that evaluates eligibility and merit before awarding scholarships.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines announced at the beginning of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of INR 500 per day until full payment is made.

    Late Fee Calculations

Late fees are calculated daily from the due date and accumulated until the total amount is cleared. Students with valid reasons for late payment can request a waiver after submitting supporting evidence to the finance department.

    Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Before First Month of Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 500)
    • Between First and Third Month: 70% refund minus administrative charges
    • After Third Month: No refund is allowed

The refund process typically takes 15-20 working days after approval from the administration. Refunds are credited to the student's bank account through NEFT or RTGS transfer.
