Fee Components Explained

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in fully furnished hostels equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security. Hostels are categorized into different types based on room configurations and comfort levels.

Mess Advance: Covers meals provided through campus dining services. The mess billing system includes daily meal charges and periodic adjustments based on inflation or seasonal variations.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards funds supporting underprivileged students, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services including consultations, vaccinations, and emergency care at the university's medical center.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial aid options for eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver with additional support in terms of stipends and study materials. Income slab: Below ₹2 lakh annually.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession with priority access to scholarships and grants. Income slab: ₹2-4 lakh annually.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for students from minority communities. Income slab: Below ₹3 lakh annually.

Applications for financial aid are processed through the university portal, requiring submission of relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates where applicable.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must make timely payments to avoid late fees or suspension of academic privileges. Payments can be made online via secure portals or through bank transfers. The university provides detailed timelines for each semester's payment deadlines.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Full refund if withdrawn within one month of admission
• 70% refund if withdrawn between one and three months
• 50% refund if withdrawn between three and six months
• No refund after six months

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with university regulations.
