Fee Structure Overview

• SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver, subject to verification of documents.

• MCM: Merit-cum-Means Scholarship (MCM) is available for students with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in 12th grade and an annual family income of less than INR 3 lakhs.

The application process for financial aid is conducted online through the university portal. The financial aid is processed within 15 working days of the application submission.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for fees are made through the university's online portal, which supports various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. Students are required to complete the payment within the specified deadline to avoid late fees.

Late fees are charged at 5% of the total fee amount for each month of delay, with a maximum limit of 100% of the total fee. Students who fail to pay the fees on time may face restrictions on academic activities such as attendance, examination registration, and transcript issuance.

The refund policy is applicable in cases of withdrawal from the program or transfer to another institution. The refund is processed within 30 working days of the application submission, subject to the verification of documents and the deduction of any outstanding fees.
