Fee Structure

The total fee for the Bachelor of Commerce program at Viswam Degree College Chittoor is ₹180,000 per annum. The fee structure includes tuition, hostel rent, mess advance, and other miscellaneous charges distributed across eight semesters:

• MCM Category: 50% fee concession for married children of government employees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online portals, NEFT/RTGS, or at designated bank branches. Students must adhere to payment deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per month.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund rules apply as follows:

• Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between 16-30 days: 70% refund after deduction of fees.
• Withdrawal beyond 30 days: No refund unless approved by the principal.
